Levira's core service areas are media services (managed playout and media operations), connectivity (satellite, telecom infrastructure, radio and TV broadcasting, 5G Broadcast), data centres and IT services, and TV production/outside broadcasting. 

Levira is headquartered in Tallinn, Estonia, with three data centre locations. Levira Media Services, its UK entity, is based in Leeds and launched in 2025.

Levira's roots go back to 1955, when Estonia's broadcast network began. It was rebranded as Levira in 2004 and has since expanded into playout, data centres, streaming and satellite services.

Levira works with public and private sector broadcasters, platforms and technology partners, including Viaplay, Warner Bros Discovery, Eurosport, Nickelodeon, France 24, Telia, Elisa, and Estonia’s national broadcaster ERR, among others.

Levira operates on a 99.999% SLA with 24/7 operations, running 50+ channels for broadcasters and platforms that require continuous, resilient delivery.
